Drama in LS: SP MP snatches quota bill from Narayanasamy

Complete pandemonium was witnessed in the Lok Sabha after a Samajwadi Party member snatched a copy of the quota in promotion bill from the hands of MoS V Narayanasamy and tore it to register his protest.
