Durga Row: SC notice to UP govt over Dalit scholar

The Supreme Court on Friday issued a notice to the Akhilesh yadav led Uttar Pradesh government in connection with the arrest of a Dalit scholar Kanwal Bharti for a Facebook post in support of IAS officer Durga Shakti Nagpal.
