England is not the best ODI team says Boycott

England edged to a nervy three-wicket win over India in the rain affected third One-Day international at The Oval. India is now 2-0 down with just 2 games to play. Ex-England opener Geoffrey Boycott said England is best team in Tests but in ODI's it is not the best team.
