EU to fine Ranbaxy for blocking generic drugs

Clamping down on "pay-for-delay" deals in the pharmaceutical sector, a European regulator will fine Denmark's Lundbeck, India's Ranbaxy and seven other makers of generic drugs this month for limiting the supply of cheaper medicines to the market.
