Explain delay in challenging HC order in Babri demolition: SC to CBI

The Supreme Court has asked the Central Bureau of Investigation to give an explanation on why there was a delay in filing the appeal against the Allahabad high court order in the Babri Masjid demolition case upholding dropping of conspiracy charges against BJP and VHP leaders.
