Chhattisgarh chief minister, Raman Singh has kicked up a controversy by saying that a father should be punished for his child's crime. However in the next few hours, Singh soon came up with a clarification over his statement alleging that the media was manipulating his comments. Meanwhile, Congress party slammed Singh terming his statements as 'irresponsible'.
