Flood-affected Kashmiris cry for Modi government's attention

Flood victims in Jammu and Kashmir urged the Central government to start rehabilitation work in the devastated valley on a war footing. Residents had pinned hopes on Modi government for help in bringing the flood ravaged state of Jammu and Kashmir back on track. Many complain that the government has left them to their fate.
