Forest Ministry proposes to set-up 'NICE' in Bangalore

India's ministry of forest and environment, in collaboration with Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), has proposed to set-up a National Institute of Climate and Environment in Bangalore to study all issues related to climate. India's environment and forest minister, Jairam Ramesh, while addressing a news conference on Sunday informed that a formal approval from the government is expected shortly.
