Former ambassador speaks on the Sri Lankan conflict

Teresita C Schaffer, Director of the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington and former Ambassador to Sri Lanka spoke on the Sri Lankan conflict in New Delhi. According to Schaffer, a political settlement is needed for restoration of peace in Sri Lanka. Talking about the India and Pakistan relations, Schaffer expressed concern.
