General elections before 2014 probable: Modi

Gujarat Chief Minister, Narendra Modi attacked the UPA led ruling Congress government, saying that it had many internal problems and there was a possibility of general elections to take place before 2014. He expressed his confidence that the NDA would come back in power. Meanwhile, Modi welcomed business association with Japanese investors in the state.
