Govt's ATR has no mention of CMs' suggestions: Modi

At Monday's meeting on internal security chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi made several scathing comments on the Centre's "unilateral" approach. Modi said the government's "action taken report" had not a single suggestion made by any chief minister.
