Govt's cash transfer scheme a lollypop: BJP

The BJP on Tuesday alleged that the Congress-led UPA Government is making all attempts to lure the people of the country ahead of the 2014 general elections through "lollypops" like the Cash Transfer Scheme. BJP spokesperson Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said 'it is not cash subsidy, but a puppet's play'.
