Govt solely responsible for poor economy: BJD

Reacting over the statement of D Subbarao, who blamed the government for a loose fiscal stance during 2009-12 in his last public speech as the RBI governor, the BJD on Friday stated that the government is solely responsible for the economic downfall of the country.
