Haj subsidy once in a lifetime: Salman Khurshid

With the Uttar Pradesh government having raised its concern over the Centre giving subsidy to Haj pilgrims once in a lifetime, Salman Khurhid who was in the state capital of Uttar Pradesh said, passports will be available, Muslims were free to go for pilgrimage; but the money he said would be given once.
