HC quashes FIR against Luke

The Delhi high court today quashed the FIR against the Royal Challengers Bangalore player Luke Pomersbach for allegedly molesting US national Zohal Hamid and and assaulting her fiancé Sahil Peerzada. Zohal's Lawyer, Rajiv Nayar said that the court had directed Delhi police to return Luke's passport. Meanwhile, Zohal has said that the matter has been settled in a professional way. Zohal's Fiancee, Sahil Peerzada expressed happiness over the decision of the court.
