Health Minister offers to resign over incubator deaths

Health minister of Punjab offered to quit on Sunday owning moral responsibility for five incubator deaths. The accidental fire in an incubator killed five newborns and injured another at a state-run hospital in Punjab on Saturday. Tikshan Sood, state medical education and research minister said that he has sent in his offer to resign to his party.
