Hina Rabbani Khar accuses India of 'War mongering'

In her speech to the Asia Society in New York, Pakistan foreign minister Hina Rabbani Khar has addressed tensions with India and dismissed the legitimacy of Muslim cleric Muhammad Tahirul Qadri's attacks on the government.
