Honest army chief is an obstacle for the Govt: Expert

Defence experts and former defence personnel are backing army chief VK Singh. When nnis spoke to Retd Col. PK Chadha, he hailed Singh for becoming the whistle blower. Chadha castigated the Defence Minister for not taking a call immediately and ordering a CBI probe back then.In the backdrop of a fallout between the government and army, the expert said that 90 per cent of the army is straight forward and honest and only a few departments deal with contractors.
