IAS official's transfer was not a punishment: Hooda

Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Tuesday defended his government's decision to transfer Ashok Khemka, an IAS official who cancelled a land deal between DLF and a Robert Vadra-owned company. He also assured a probe into the deal.
