India committed to nuclear disarmament: Pranab

India's Foreign Minister Pranab Mukherjee after his recent four day visit to China for enhancing trade talks, on Monday said that India is committed to non-proliferation and nuclear disarmament. Addressing an International Conference on 'Towards a World Free of Nuclear Weapons' Mukherjee also cautioned against the threat of non-state actors acquiring Weapons of Mass Destruction.
