India endorses Russia's proposal on Syria

New Delhi has endorsed Moscow's proposal for Syria to place all its chemical weapons under international control, a move which could avert the planned attacks by US military forces on the major oil producing country in the eastern Mediterranean region. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin stated this at a news conference in New Delhi.
