India hopes to seal economic pact with Japan

Indian Trade Minister Kamal Nath said that New Delhi hopes to finalise an economic partnership agreement with Tokyo soon. The deal is expected to include a free trade agreement and investment promotion measures. Indian government officials predict that trade between Asia's largest and third-largest economies could double to around $14 billion by 2012.
