India to take a careful stand at UN on Sri Lanka issue

External affairs minister Salman Khurshid says India will take the best possible decision on the resolution against human rights violations in Sri Lanka at the United Nations Human Rights Council meeting in Geneva. India wants an independent and acceptable inquiry on the issue, he added.
