Indian army ready with winter strategy to foil infiltration

Lieutenant General BS Jaswal, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Northern Command confirmed on Friday that the Indian troops are ready with the winter strategy to foil infiltration along the line of control in Indian Kashmir.
