Sending a planeload of blankets to Tokyo to assist tsunami-hit Japan, New Delhi on Monday said Indians were safe in ravaged country. External Affairs minister SM Krishna added New Delhi would assist Japan to the fullest. Referring to his discussions with Indian Ambassador to Japan Alok Prasad, Krishna said Indians were safe in Japan and a help-line has been set up in the Tokyo Embassy to aid them. Japan have been devastated by tsunami on March 11, triggered by a massive earthquake, measuring around 9.0 on the Richter scale.
