Italy’s refusal to send back marines unacceptable: PM

In his response to the Left leaders when they said that the top government officials must have conspired with Italy, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said that Italy's refusal to send back two marines booked for killing two Kerala fishermen at sea in 2012 is "unacceptable."
