Kalmadi should resign on moral grounds: Digvijay

After Rajya Sabha MP Mani Shankar Aiyar, Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh has opened a new front against the 2010 Games chief organiser Suresh Kalmadi.Digvijay today opined that Kalmadi should step down on moral grounds if his name figures in a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) prima facie case.Meanwhile, Delhi chief Sheila Dikshit,assured people preparations for the games would be completed on time.
