Karnataka polls: Congress starts celebrations

The Congress is all set to win Karnataka state elections after a gap of seven years dismissing the incumbent BJP government which has been tattered with corruption charges and factionalism recently. The results for the polls on Wednesday show the Congress trending up the counting charts though the final results are yet to be announced. Celebrations have already begun outside the party office in New Delhi.
