Karunanidhi makes Stalin Deputy CM

Muthuvel Karunanidhi CM of Tamil Nadu named his son MK Stalin as deputy chief in Chennai on Friday. Stalin for long has been looked as the heir to Karunanidhi, who is also the chief of Dravida Munnettra Kazhagam. Consequently, the DMK leaders gathered at the residence of Stalin and congratulated him and celebrated his appointment by busting crackers and distributing sweets.
