Kashmir solution cannot be bought: Omar

Expressing his views on the Central Government's eight-point initiative for the Kashmir Valley, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Omar Abdullah on Wednesday said that the agenda cannot buy the solution for the Kashmir issue since it is a political one. However, he was all praise for the government of India for extending liberal grants to the state and the move to reform the misguided youth of the region.
