Kerala gov has no jurisdiction over Italian marines: SC

Supreme Court has said the Kerala government has no jurisdiction to prosecute Italian marines who had allegedly killed two Indian fishermen in February last year. The apex court has pronounced its decision that a Special Court is likely to be set up for the case hearing.
