Kirti Azad lashes out at Bihar govt on Bhatkal

BJP leader Kirti Azad on Friday lashed out at Bihar government in the backdrop of rising instances of terrorism in the state and called Bhatkal its son-in-law and Ishrat Jahan its daughter.
