Korean investment a ‘priority’: Manmohan Singh

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has said South Korea investment is a 'priority' for India, adding that the government is taking 'pro-active' steps to improve business climate and move forward with the implementation of the $12 billion worth Posco steel project. PM called on South Korea's firms to make India their manufacturing base and admired multinationals for showing confidence in India.
