Lalu to stall Women's Bill in Parliament

Hardening his stand over the Women's Reservation Bill, Lalu Prasad Yadav vowed to stall the bill in the Lok Sabha in its present form. Meanwhile, LJP leader Ram Vilas Paswan suggested that the Lok Sabha seats should be increased by a third to accommodate the women candidates and the delimitation of constituencies can then be taken up to reserve seats for backward castes and minorities.
