Lok Sabha adjourned twice in three hours

The lower house of the Parliament was adjourned twice once till 12 noon within a few minutes after it was convened, and again till 2 pm after being reconvened at noon. The Army Chief's letter to the PM and Telangana issue rocked the house business as Speaker Meira Kumar suspended operations following uproar in the house.
