Lokpal: Time limits should not dictate good causes

As the parliamentarians finally raise the Lokpal bugle, the question being raised is - is there enough time left in this session to reach a consensus and pass the much awaited legislation? Union law minister begs to differ and says that good efforts should not be dictated by time frames.
