Mamata heckling: TMC says won’t let Parliament run

Ahead of the threat by TMC that it won't let Parliament run unless the attackers who heckled Mamata Banerjee and West Bengal finance minister Amit Mitra at the Planning Commission are arrested, three suspects have been detained.
