Manmohan Singh slams UP Government

The Prime Minister said that his government is not getting cooperation and feedback from the Uttar Pradesh government for the development of the most crucial state which sends largest number of lawmakers to the Lok Sabha. He made these observations while addressing a massive election rally for the Congress at Kanpur on Friday.
