Manohar Parrikar: Will never let the nation be defenceless against enemy

Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar filed his nomination papers for election to the Rajya Sabha from Uttar Pradesh on the last date for nomination on ten seats of the state. Speaking on the occasion, he said he would never let the nation be defenceless. Parrikar, who took oath on Sunday and was allocated his portfolio late in the night, said he was "feeling proud" to have filed his Rajya Sabha nomination papers from Uttar Pradesh.
