Maoist problem neglected for too long: P Chidambaram

India's Home Minister P Chidambaram said on Friday that the problem of left wing extremism has been neglected for long and that a coordinated effort is needed to fight the Maoist menace in different parts of the country. He also confirmed all kind of support to the state police in solving the problem.
