Maoists want to surrender, but don't know how

Over a dozen Maoists say they are keen to surrender but are prevented from doing so because of the CRPF's intensive combing operations. The ultras claim that though they have announced their willingness to lay down arms and return to the mainstream they have received no response from the state government.
