Marines row: PM assures discussion

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has assured a detailed discussion on the issue of Italian marines who were held on charges of murdering two Indian fishermen. The marines went home and were supposed to return India within four weeks but Italy announced that the marines would not come back.
