Mid-day meal deaths: Bihar should take cognizance before civil war breaks out, says BJP

Days after the deaths of at least 23 children on consuming food in a government school in Chapra district of Bihar, BJP leader Kirti Azad said that Bihar government should take cognizance in the backdrop of its misgovernance, before a civil war breaks out in the state.
