Modi can address US but can't attend NIC meet: Rajiv Shukla

Slamming Gujarat chief minister and BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi for skipping the National Integration Council meeting chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi, Congress leader Rajiv Shukla said that Modi has time to address US citizens but does not have time to attend the NIC.
