Modi's Agra rally chair claims Rs 4 lakh bid

In a bizarre incident, the chair on which BJP's PM candidate, Narendra Modi was seated during his rally in Agra has claimed a bid of at least Rs 4 Lakh as per sources, however the owner of the chair has refused to sell it.
