Modi should talk about development to get votes: SP

Commenting on Narendra Modi's Jhansi rally, Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Naresh Agarwal said that unless the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prime ministerial aspirant talks about development or eradication of poverty, the people would never vote for the party.
