Modi takes a jibe at PM over corruption

Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi on Friday took a dig at Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's comment that the glass was almost empty when the UPA started and it will take some time before it is really full. Commenting in sarcasm, Modi said that the glass is already full with corruption and with no scope of trust. Modi also said that the country was going through a phase of policy paralysis.
