Montek backs government's Cash Transfer Scheme

Deputy chairman of Planning Commission, Montek Singh Ahluwalia on Thursday, backed the government's cash transfer scheme (CTS), which has been accepted by economists as the most efficient method of delivering subsidies to the poor.
