Montek launches upgraded service for Biometric smart cards

Deputy chairman of planning commission Montek Singh Ahluwalia launched upgraded services for Biometric smart cards to plug the leakages in the scheme in New Delhi. The Biometric smart cards authority, UIDAI unveiled three new services which would ensure that the people using these cards are direct beneficiaries of the central government's schemes.
