Muzaffarnagar: BJP MLA denies charges he incited mob

After UP government booked 4 BJP MLAs with charges of inciting the people of the state and for starting the communal clashes in the state, BJP MLA Baba Hukum Singh denied all charges and asked the UP government to show the recording of the 'inciting speech' if they have any.
